Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Olare Motorogi Conservancy
Meet your private guide at your Nairobi hotel and transfer to Wilson Airport for a scenic flight to the Maasai Mara (approximately 45 minutes). Flying over the Great Rift Valley and Loita Plains, you’ll understand why this landscape captivates visitors.
Land at the conservancy airstrip where you’ll be welcomed and transferred to your exclusive luxury camp. Settle into your spacious tent with views over the plains.
Afternoon game drive in the conservancy—with limited vehicle numbers, you may find yourselves alone with a pride of lions or a coalition of cheetahs. Sundowner drinks watching the African sunset.

Day 2: Conservancy Game Drives & Walking Safari
Early morning walking safari with an armed Maasai guide and ranger. Track wildlife on foot, learning about the smaller creatures, medicinal plants, and Maasai bush craft that vehicle safaris miss.
Return to camp for a hearty breakfast. Mid-morning game drive continuing until lunch.

Day 3: Olare Motorogi – Maasai Mara National Reserve
Morning game drive through the conservancy before transferring to your next accommodation inside the Maasai Mara National Reserve. The main reserve offers different terrain and wildlife populations.
Afternoon game drive exploring the Mara’s famous territories—the Marsh Pride’s domain, the fig tree forests where leopards hunt, and the hippo pools along the Mara River.

Day 4: Full Day in Maasai Mara Reserve
Full-day exploration of the main reserve with picnic lunch. Your guide knows the Mara intimately and will ensure you experience its highlights—from lion kills to elephant herds, from cheetah hunts to the river’s resident hippos and crocodiles.
If visiting during migration season, dedicate time to the river crossings and following the herds.
Return to lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Maasai Mara – Mara North Conservancy
Morning game drive before transferring to the Mara North Conservancy, adjacent to the reserve. This community-owned conservancy offers exclusive experiences and directly benefits local Maasai communities.
Afternoon at your new camp followed by a late game drive. As a private conservancy, night drives are permitted—spotlight nocturnal creatures rarely seen on daytime safaris.
